Any delay in payment will result in the automatic application of a lump sum compensation for recovery costs of € 50 and interest on arrears equal to the interest rate applied by the European Central Bank to its most recent refinancing operation plus 10 percentage points until full payment of the price. Our company retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the price by the buyer. However, the transfer of risk takes place immediately upon delivery. In the event of any dispute, only the court of Luxembourg is competent.
